Return Policy

Return window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags attached.
How to Return

Start a return: Contact our customer service team at

Package your items: Securely place the items in their original packaging. Include the completed return form and your RAN clearly marked.

Ship your return: Send your return package to the address provided via email.
For faster processing, returns should be sent to our warehouse in the UK.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs

Our responsibility: We cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, damaged or defective product).

Your responsibility: Return costs are at your expense for all other reasons (e.g. size change, change of mind).
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days for processing.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
– Worn or washed items
– Altered items
– Items without original tags
– Swimwear or underwear
