Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over £20 ship free within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Orders under £20 incur a £2.99 flat shipping fee.

Can I cancel my order?

We process orders quickly.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at info@herwick.co.uk.

We will do our best to assist, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed or shipped.

What is the latest time for same-day processing?

Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+01:00) are typically processed the same business day.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

Estimated delivery is 4–6 business days after shipment.

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return window on items that are:

• unworn

• unwashed

• undamaged

• complete with all original tags

Which items cannot be returned?

Items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing original packaging/tags cannot be returned.

Certain hygiene-sensitive items may also be excluded — see our Returns Policy.

How do I request a return?

You will receive the return address and step-by-step guidance.

Who pays for return shipping?

Our responsibility:

Return shipping is covered when the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).

Customer responsibility:

For all other returns (size, preference, or change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return.

Please allow an additional up to 7 business days for your bank to complete the posting of the refund.
